Our classes are small with 4 people maximum, allowing us to give you the attention and focus necessary to gain real connection and skill development. We offer a supportive, calm and nurturing environment that is intimidation-free and will help you achieve your goals so you can feel good about your body and your mind.
Beginner Class. These classes break down the fundamentals of Pilates and explore six principles (concentration, control, centering, precision, flow and breath). Suitable for pregnant clients and those recovering from injuries.
Beginner-Intermediate Class. A progression of knowledge and strength learnt in the beginner class. These classes are more continuous in style and link the six principles and movement through a creative series of exercises. Not suitable for pregnant clients or those recovering from injury.
Intermediate-Advanced Class. These classes are designed to challenge the more experienced client and provide fast-paced, dynamic movements to challenge your strength, endurance and fitness level. Not suitable for pregnant clients or those recovering from injury.
pre & post natal
With an emphasis on pelvic floor strength and endurance these classes are designed for the unique needs of a mothers pre and post natal body.
